Dogs Homed – July - August
JEDD (Tullig Pride) rejected by some potential owners due to his size ( huge) and his age.
This lovely gentle, 9 year old, dog has found a loving home with Elizabeth and
Robert Pickworth and their greyhound POPPY ( Rathcrea Bird)
CALLUM (Maxilla Macullum) always so full of beans and rather overwhelming for many
people found his perfect family with May & Alan Wells and daughters Abbey &
Bethany. May had grown up with greyhounds and knew that behind this bouncy
exterior was a loving, intelligent dog who learned very quickly how to behave at home
JACK (Calm Black) Rachael & William Whitechurch have spent a while looking for their dog
and have found him in this lovely gentle and affectionate boy who has quickly settled
in to his new life.
SIAN (Shelbourne Sian) .there was no contest when Carole & Neil Williams , son Chris and
daughter Jessica met Sian. She won them over and has found a lovely new family.
MISTY (Dark Desert Mist) has found her perfect home with Mr.Mrs Rossi. Both are
retired but Mrs Rossi ia very busy with Age Concern and Misty has become a very
welcome companion for her husband. Misty is very happy in a secure and loving home.
GRACE (Arpacks Grace) has also found a loving and secure home with Elaine & Bill Taylor
who have kept retired greyhounds for many years and have helped Grace overcome
some of her shyness.
QUEENIE (Artic Queen) is a very lucky girl to have quickly found her new home with Sue &
Ken Young and she has ettled in really well and put all her past troubles behind her.
JOE (Joes Chip) who some people find a `bit bouncy' has been adopted by Adele wain & Paul
Godber and settled well to his new life with them
BLONDIE (Loughghur Sport) Beth & Tony Allen, and Beths' Mother Lillian Bellamy came for
TANIA (Zig Zag Tania) one dog, They fell in love with Blondie & Tania and ended up homing
them both. The two dogs have settled down well together and with their new family.
DOLLY (Wood Dew) has gone(with her nice new name) to live with Ann Payne who is now
retired and has plenty of time to spend with Dolly which is just what she needs
BELLE (Hondo Belle) has also found a doting family with Renate & John Offord and 7yr old
Sofia and is learning how to behave with her new family.
SUSIE (Hibreck Susie) is now living very happily with Liz & Colin Fellowes, 6yr old Jack,a
spaniel, and also enjoys meeting all the visiting grandchildren.
