- Dogs Homed NOVEMBER - JANUARY
FLEA (Beechwood Velvet) has become firm friends with Muttley Moo a very playful, friendly Labrador. When
Kirsty, her new owner is out Flea & Muttley stay with 2 other greyhounds and their cats & all get on really well.
ROXY (Circle the Camp) has proved to be the perfect dog for first time owners Helen Long and
Alistair Charlett. She has settled in really well and loves her new home.
STORM (Jethart Storm) had waited for a retirement place for 3 yrs after his last race but almost as soon as
he had arrived here he had the greatest luck in meeting Janet & Alan Hurt and showed them what we had also
seen immediately-this tall and stately boy was the most gentle and affectionate dog would could wish to meet.
FROSTY (Frosty Evening) this lucky got his second chance with Sara & Malcolm Welch - he took a bit of time
to settle but they stuck with him and wouldn't part with him for the world. He is good with the cats indoors
but is still learning some good manners when they are all out in the garden.
BELLA (Beechwood Bella) scarcely touched down before she was whisked off by Val & Peter Edwards and their
dog Strudel. Sadly Jodie their greyhound had recently died and they needed a cat friendly greyhound who
would also get on well with Strudel. All live happily together now.
ROSIE (Da Rebel Rose) has found her soul mate with David Shilton. What more could a greyhound need but a
retired dog lover who dotes on her. She is also now very attached to Davids daughter as well and is loving her
new life.
